Artistic Gymnastics: Vaulting

Vault is an explosive and powerful event. Our training covers everything from the foundational run and hurdle to complex aerial maneuvers over the vaulting table. We use foam pits and soft landing mats to ensure our gymnasts can practice advanced skills like the Tsukahara in a safe environment.
