It all starts with the basics, like my 'box' method for judging the ball. From there, we work on everything from footwork correction and range hitting in the nets to mastering modern shots like the helicopter and inside-out.
The Art of Bowling
For my bowlers, we focus on process and precision. I help spinners develop their variations and stock ball, while pacers work on finding their rhythm, building speed, and perfecting their accuracy through targeted spot-bowling drills.
Fielding & Fitness: The Complete Athlete
A great player is a great athlete. We run cricket-specific fitness and stability drills to improve agility and power, and practice everything from diving catches to quick, accurate throws to make sure you are sharp in the field.
