Live Concert and Event FPV Drone Videography
I bring high-speed FPV drone coverage to live stages, weaving through crowds and performers to capture the pulse of the event. Whether it is a stadium gig or a club night, I get the shots that ground-based cameras miss.
There's nothing like the energy of a live concert. For AP Dhillon's show in Chandigarh, I flew my FPV drone over the massive crowd, capturing the scale of the event and getting dynamic shots of the performance that you can't get with any other camera.
It was amazing to cover the launch tour for Ritviz, one of my favorite artists. Flying at the Jio Garden concert, I captured the huge crowd and the incredible stage production with the city skyline in the background, delivering high-energy visuals for the show.
About Live Concerts & Events
I use fully ducted Cinewhoops for these sets, which allows me to fly safely right over the audience and weave through stage lights without a scratch. This gear lets me capture an artist-eye view, zooming past pyrotechnics and crowd energy while keeping everyone on the ground safe and sound.
Capturing live concerts with a drone is not just about flying. It is about the technical setup required to handle massive crowds and challenging low-light environments. My gear for these events is specifically tuned for high-performance needs.
I utilize fully ducted Cinewhoops, which are essential for safety because they protect the propellers, allowing me to fly near the artist and over the crowd without any risk of injury. Lighting is the other major challenge. Live shows are notorious for strobe lights and sudden shifts, so I manually tune my cameras for noise reduction and high dynamic range, ensuring the footage is crisp even when the lights go down.
I also use long-range RF systems like Crossfire and ELRS. This prevents signal interference, which is common in large arenas packed with thousands of phones and electronic equipment. Before the show starts, I spend time with the show director to sync up with pyrotechnic cues and stage lighting. This is how I got those shots for AP Dhillon and Ritviz. I was not just flying blindly; I was flying with the beat. If you are planning a show and need shots that standard drones cannot get, I am ready to sync with your production team.
