Hello everyone, I'm Priya, one of the founders of Greenedeck. Our aim is to bring back the Garden City glory of Bangalore. We are a one-stop solution for all your gardening needs.

About Our Story & Our Team
When we say we are farmers, it is not just a phrase. Our work philosophy comes from Murali, our first team member, who likes to say 'Raithare naavu' (We are farmers). Whether he is digging in a vast farm or a small balcony pot, the care and respect for the soil remain the same. This is the mindset we bring to every home we visit, ensuring every project is treated as a living, breathing connection with nature rather than just a landscaping job.
Our Journey from IT to Soil
Greenedeck began with a simple desire to leave the computer screen and reconnect with the earth. My wife Priyadarshini and I started this journey in our own home, often learning the hard way. We killed many plants in our early days of composting and balcony gardening, but those mistakes taught us more about resilience and organic growth than any manual could have. We realized that if we could turn our small spaces green, anyone could.
Why We Do It
Our mission is personal. We want to help restore Bangalore to its former glory as the Garden City. We believe that no space on earth should be left barren. Inspired by the legendary Saalumarada Thimmakka, who dedicated her life to planting thousands of trees, we feel a responsibility to contribute to the environment in our own way, no matter the scale of the project.
The Greenedeck Approach
We approach every space—whether it is a tiny balcony, a terrace, or a villa plot—with the same organic and cost-effective principles. We avoid chemical shortcuts. Instead, we use methods like coconut shell mulching and natural soil enrichment.
We are not just service providers; we are partners in your gardening journey. We teach you how to maintain your space, how to handle plant problems, and even how to manage manual pollination. We want you to feel the same joy we feel when we see a seed sprout into a plant. For us, gardening is not a business transaction. It is a way of life, and we are happy to share that with you.
