About Under the Stars: Stargazing Adventures
Our team brings professional 8-inch Dobsonian telescopes to every camp, allowing you to see clear details like Jupiter's moons or the texture of the Orion Nebula that you just can't catch with the naked eye. We don't just point at the sky; you will get hands-on time with the equipment and laser-guided tours from experienced astronomers who make complex science feel like a story.
We believe that looking at the night sky shouldn't feel like a lecture. Our stargazing adventures are designed for both curious kids and parents who want to learn alongside them. Each camp is set up in quiet, green spaces near Bengaluru, Pune, and Mumbai where the city glow doesn't interfere with the view.
What your weekend looks like:
- Expert Guidance: Professional astronomers lead the sessions, using laser pointers to map constellations and guiding you through the telescope.
- Hands-On Learning: Kids get to build their own constellation art, often using glow-in-the-dark materials, taking a piece of the night sky home with them.
- The Camp Setup: You’ll stay in pre-pitched, comfortable tents. We provide foam sleeping mats and bags, so you don't need to haul camping gear.
- Classic Camping: No night is complete without a crackling bonfire. We provide the marshmallows, skewers, and space for family stories while the kids get to run wild in a safe, fenced environment.
