About Our Process & Plant Selection
Before we plant, we conduct a site survey to determine soil quality and drainage requirements. Because we source our materials directly from our nursery on Kanakapura Road, we control the health of every shrub and tree we install, which allows us to provide a survival guarantee for larger project scopes.
Our Execution Methodology
We approach every landscaping project with a focus on compliance and long-term sustainability. Our process is designed to minimize risk and ensure that the green space we create remains healthy.
Site Preparation and Grading
Proper landscaping starts with the ground. We perform thorough site grading to ensure adequate drainage, preventing water stagnation which is a common cause of plant failure in city gardens. We clear weeds, rocks, and debris, followed by deep tilling and aeration of the soil to create a receptive base for new turf or shrubbery.
Material Sourcing and Plant Quality
We utilize our own nursery on Kanakapura Road to source the majority of our plants. This vertical integration allows us to:
- Verify Health: Ensure all plants are pest-free and acclimatized to the local climate before they arrive on your site.
- Optimize Soil: We use a proprietary blend of red soil, coco peat, and vermicompost. This mix is chosen specifically for its water retention and nutrient-holding capacity, which is essential for healthy root development.
Hardscaping and Layout
Whether we are installing a natural stone pathway or a driveway with grass joints, our focus is on structural integrity. We lay pavers and cobblestone with proper compaction to prevent shifting over time. By documenting the layout process through 3D renders and on-site testing, we ensure that the placement of hardscape elements complements the natural growth pattern of the plants.
Maintenance and Accountability
For larger contracts, we offer a plant survival guarantee. This is supported by our post-installation briefing, where we provide clear instructions on irrigation and maintenance schedules. We do not promise quick-fix aesthetics; we deliver managed environments built to last.
