Think of yoga here as the perfect partner to my high-intensity dance fitness classes. After 60 to 90 minutes of Zumba, Bollywood aerobics, and heavy cardio, your body needs a reset. That is exactly what my sessions provide.
We focus on floor-based yoga, deep stretching, and meditation. You do not need to be flexible to start. The goal is to improve your range of motion, fix your posture, and lower your stress levels. We provide communal yoga mats in our air-conditioned studios at Beta II and Ansal Golf Links, so you just need to bring your energy.
Beyond the physical benefits, it is about community. You will find that these quiet, reflective moments help you connect with other members who are on the same fitness journey as you. We also include a standardized home-style diet chart to support your goals, whether you are here for weight loss, toning, or just to feel better than you did yesterday.
