Integrating Water Features

Water is the fastest way to add a 'piece of peace' to a small home, but it must be scaled correctly. We avoid oversized ponds that overwhelm a courtyard. Instead, we install custom-built wall spouts or compact, self-contained fountains. These provide the sound of moving water without requiring a massive footprint or causing moisture damage to surrounding masonry. We use non-porous materials like FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) and sealed natural stone to ensure longevity.

The Technical Reality

• Wall Integrity: Every stone-clad feature we build starts with a 3-layer elastomeric waterproofing coat. This is non-negotiable for internal courtyards where dampness can affect your interior walls.
• Plant Selection: We choose plants based on the micro-climate of your courtyard. If you have limited sunlight, we utilize shade-loving species like ferns or Syngoniums that maintain lush foliage without needing direct sun.
• Maintenance: Small spaces are easier to manage, but only if they are set up right. We automate pumps and lighting, so you simply enjoy the space rather than worrying about daily adjustments.
