About Behind Our Lens: Our Process & Client Love
Shooting newborns requires more than a camera. It takes patience and a gentle hand. Whether we are at our Mansarovar studio or coming to your home, we spend time settling your baby before we even think about clicking. Sometimes that means holding a pose for twenty minutes just to ensure the baby is comfortable and safe. It is physical work for us, but seeing those tiny hands and peaceful expressions makes it worth it.
Why We Choose The At-Home Approach
Newborns are delicate and parents are often tired. Bringing our studio setup to your home eliminates the stress of traveling with a newborn. We carry our own props, sanitized wraps, and lighting equipment so you stay in your familiar environment. This allows us to work at the baby's pace, stopping whenever they need to feed or be soothed.
Our Team Approach
Since we are an all-female team, we understand the privacy needs of new mothers. There is no rush and no judgment. If the baby is cranky, we wait. If the mother needs a break, we take one. Our goal is to ensure you feel like you are hosting a friend rather than conducting a formal photoshoot, providing the sukun you need during such a busy time.
Cultural Roots In Our Art
Photography is a way to pass on our traditions. We incorporate Indian elements like Krishna or Shiva themed setups because we want your children to grow up seeing the beauty of our culture. Every prop we use, from baskets to fur rugs, is chosen to enhance the photo while keeping the baby secure.
What You Can Expect
- Safety First: We prioritize safe posing techniques that respect the baby’s natural movements.
- Flexible Timing: We never rush through a session because a baby cannot be forced to pose.
- Inclusive Portraits: We encourage parents, siblings, and grandparents to join in, as family connections are the most important part of any memory.
