Karate is more than just punches and kicks. We train for explosive power, agility, and the kind of movement that keeps you fast and safe on your feet.

A perfect 'Kip Up' demonstrated by one of our students. This acrobatic move requires core strength, timing, and explosive power, all of which are developed through our advanced training sessions.

The ultimate test of focus and power. Senpai Amar Kadam Sir demonstrates a shuto uchi (knife-hand strike) to break a stack of bricks, a technique known as tameshiwari.

Our dojo is a place of empowerment for all. This video captures the dynamic energy of our students, especially our girls, as they practice jumps and techniques with confidence and skill.

This is the 'Bunty Jump', a unique combination of a low roll and a front kip-up. Named after Senpai Bunty Sir who invented it years ago, this jump is a piece of our dojo's history and a testament to our innovative spirit.

Taking training outdoors. One of our instructors takes on the rolling challenge over a tire, a drill that builds agility, coordination, and the ability to adapt to uneven terrain.

A memory from 2011. This video shows a young student, Kiran, executing a powerful jump. It is a wonderful reminder that the journey to mastering advanced skills starts early with dedication.

Practice doesn't stop when you leave the dojo. Here, Senpai Vicky Sir performs a kip-up at home, showing that the discipline and physical readiness of a karateka is a part of everyday life.

About Pushing the Limits: Advanced Jumps & Acrobatics

Ever heard of the 'Bunty Jump'? It is our signature move, a mix of a low roll and a front kip-up that Senpai Bunty Sir invented years ago. We do not just do it to look cool; it was created to help our students move safely on the uneven surfaces of our old training halls without getting bruised. When you train with us, you learn the mechanics of explosive movement, not just how to jump.
