We don't believe in shortcuts. At our academy, we push you beyond basic stances to master explosive power, agility, and the mental toughness required for real-world combat.

Our training isn't confined to the dojo. Here, a student takes on an outdoor rolling challenge, building functional strength and adaptability in a natural environment.

This is the "Bunty Jump," a unique combination of a low-ground roll and a front kip up. Named after Senpai Bunty, this technique teaches students to use momentum and control to navigate difficult terrain.

A throwback to 2011, this video shows a young student from our Lalbaug dojo demonstrating a "Tachan Bag" jump. We encourage students to push their physical boundaries from an early age.

Can you do this? Senpai Vicky demonstrates the kip up, a challenging exercise that builds core strength and explosive power. We challenge our students to master these advanced movements.

Conditioning is crucial for any martial artist. This video shows a conditioning session from our 48th Karate-Do Camp, where students engage in partner drills to build stamina and physical toughness.

About Advanced Techniques & Conditioning

We don't just teach the mechanics, we build the engine. You will see students mastering the 'Bunty Jump'—a technique born right here in our Lalbaug dojo to handle uneven surfaces—and pushing through high-intensity sand sprints at our annual Bordi camp. It is about teaching your body to adapt, whether you are facing a competitive opponent or navigating rough terrain.
