My process is simple, we jump on a video call, I look at your pieces, we sketch designs together, and once you approve, you ship the jewellery via secure, insured channels. I have personally revamped pieces for clients as far as Antwerp and New York, keeping them involved every single step of the way.

1. The Virtual Consultation We start with a video call. You show me the pieces you want to change, and we talk about what you love and what you want to fix. I get to see the quality, the settings, and the potential of your jewellery in real time.
2. The Design Journey After our call, I share sketches and design ideas. We refine these together until the concept feels exactly right. I explain how we can combine your old gold with new elements like polki, emeralds, or pearls without needing to melt your original pieces. You are in control of the final look.
3. Secure Logistics Once we agree on the plan, you can ship your jewellery to my Mumbai studio. We use verified, insured courier services or trusted friends and relatives. I update you the moment it arrives, and we keep in touch throughout the crafting process.
4. Quality Assured My team of artisans handles your jewellery with the same care they give to every piece. Whether it is a traditional Nath from Bangalore or an heirloom set from the USA, the final result is a modern piece that honors its roots.
