About Building Foundational Fitness
We focus on functional fitness, not just aesthetics. You will work on callisthenics, agility drills, and endurance training in a group setting that mirrors the discipline needed for our official adventure expeditions. This training prepares your body for the physical reality of Karnataka’s trails, rivers, and cliffs.
Why Functional Conditioning?
At GETHNAA, we believe that fitness is the primary tool for safety and enjoyment in the outdoors. You cannot tackle a river rafting expedition in Coorg or a rock climbing course in Ramanagara without the stamina to sustain you. Our foundational training is designed to bridge that gap.
What to Expect
Our training sessions move away from typical gym workouts. Instead, we focus on:
- Callisthenics & Stamina: Using bodyweight exercises to build functional strength that translates to real-world movement.
- Group Dynamics: You will train in groups of 15-30, fostering the teamwork and peer motivation essential for any camp or expedition.
- Structured Discipline: We operate out of semi-outdoor government stadium facilities, keeping the training grounded and focused on consistency rather than comfort.

We train rain or shine, in a facility that prioritizes safety and proper technique. By the time you complete your sessions, you will have the physical base needed to move from the training ground to the wild with confidence.
