About The Art of Creation
We do not pull these designs off a rack. Whether you are picturing a hand-painted tiger motif or a specific crystal density for a blazer, we start with a 30-minute consultation. You are fully involved in the fabric selection, the artwork proofing, and the critical fitting trial to ensure the muscle-fit silhouette commands the room exactly the way you intended.
From Sketch to Statement
Designing is a superpower, but it is also a disciplined craft. Every garment that leaves my Defence Colony studio starts with a conversation. You bring the vision—a Monopoly man graphic, a heavy sequin lapel, or a specific Indo-Western silhouette—and I build the architecture around it.
The Process
- The Concept: We discuss the 'why.' Are you looking for a red-carpet tuxedo or a statement shirt for a festive event? This is where we decide on the prints, the embroidery, and the level of 'bling.'
- Material Selection: I work with premium Egyptian Giza cottons, high-sheen satins, and Italian wools. For the party wear, we source the right sequin, velvet, and metal buttons to ensure the finish stands up to strobe lighting.
- The Build: This is where the work gets intense. We map out the hand-painted motifs and heat-transfer the rhinestones. My team focuses on construction details like fused collars for that sharp evening look and structured shoulder pads for a V-taper silhouette.
- The Fitting: A made-to-measure garment is nothing without the fit. We conduct a fitting trial to adjust the taper, ensuring the piece fits your physique perfectly.
