ACE Master Trainer 1-on-1 Medical Coaching
Provider Credentials
- Coaching by an ACE Master Trainer with an MS in Kinesiology.
- Specialized focus on medical conditions (Diabetes, Hypertension) and injury rehab.
Program Structure
- Detailed video call screening for posture and Range of Motion (ROM).
- Customized home or gym workout plans using available equipment (bands, dumbbells).
- Asynchronous form correction via video submission and voice-over feedback.
- Habit-based nutrition guidance based on Precision Nutrition (Pn-L1) principles.
- Weekly 30-minute video check-ins for progress tracking.
Live Virtual Group Batches (12 Sessions)
Session Logistics
- Live real-time sessions conducted via video call.
- Frequency: 3 days per week (approx. 12 sessions monthly).
- Duration: 45 to 60 minutes per class.
- Batch Size: 10 to 15 participants for moderate personal attention.
Training Scope
- Blend of cardio conditioning, functional strength, and mobility flows.
- Live verbal cues for form safety, specifically monitoring knee and back issues.
- Requires minimal home equipment like yoga mats and resistance tubes.
Single Consultation & 4-Week Independent Plan
Assessment
- 60-minute video consultation to review goals and medical history.
- Visual movement screening to analyze squat and movement mechanics.
Handover Materials
- Customized 4-week workout schedule (PDF or App based).
- Audit of current eating habits with specific improvement suggestions.
- One 15-minute follow-up call after the first week for troubleshooting.
- Note: Does not include daily monitoring or ongoing message support.

Why I Coach
Fitness changed my life, and now I help others feel stronger, healthier, and more comfortable in their own skin. I love seeing clients gain confidence, whether they're just starting out or bouncing back after injury.
My Approach
I stick to science-backed methods, not fads. With a Master’s in Kinesiology, I understand what your body needs and how to keep you safe. As a Certified Medical Exercise Specialist, I can work with you if you have diabetes, high BP, or need post-rehab support. For those after more muscle and function, my CSCS certification kicks in. I always look at the whole picture, so nutrition and mindset aren't left out.
How We Work Together
Everything is online. You pick what suits you:
- One-on-one sessions for a fully personalized online workout plan. Great if you need special care or want faster results.
- Remote group fitness classes for those who love a little community energy. Expect cardio, strength, and some laughs along the way.
Special Focus: Fit@40 & Seniors
I pay extra attention to adults over 40 and seniors. If you want to move better, stand straighter, or just keep up with the grandkids, my virtual strength training for seniors is safe, supportive, and never boring.
What You Need
Just an internet connection, some basic stuff like dumbbells or resistance bands, and the will to show up. I adapt workouts to whatever gear you have. Your hard work, my know-how, and we'll get you there.

My Story
Hey, I'm Geetha. Fitness isn’t just my job, it’s kinda my whole vibe. I run R8 Fitness Academy, where I help folks get ACE certified and also train anyone who wants to get moving. Seriously, watching my R8 family grow is the best. I’m all about learning – got my Master’s in Kinesiology, keep adding new skills, and love digging into the science of movement. If I’m not teaching, I’m probably out for a run in Bangalore, or chilling in my garden. Wellness, inside and out – that’s my thing.

ACE Certification Coaching - I prep future trainers for ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor exams, online or in-person.
