About Grand Evening Celebrations
For these large evening setups, the biggest factor isn't just the design, it is how we light it. When we use heavy fabrics like velvet or dense floral walls, standard banquet lighting often gets swallowed up. My team brings in extra trussing and moving head lights to make sure the textures actually pop, otherwise you lose all that detail once the sun goes down.
When you are planning a grand evening celebration, like a reception or a high-energy sangeet, the focus shifts from simple decoration to venue production. We handle the entire process from the floor plan to the final light cue.
In Delhi-NCR, where we often work with large banquet halls and sprawling farmhouses like those in Sainik Farms, the main challenge is scale. You need a setup that holds its own in a room with a 20-foot ceiling. We achieve this by mixing custom architectural fabrication with luxury details.
Our Process
- Lighting as Infrastructure: We do not just add fairy lights. For receptions, we use box truss setups with moving head lights to highlight specific zones, like the dance floor or the couple’s stage, without washing out the rest of the room.
- Texture and Depth: We use deep fabrics like velvet, paired with mirror-finish flooring and crystal chandeliers. This creates contrast. When you have a solid velvet backdrop, the fresh flowers and lighting accents stand out rather than blending into the background.
- Floral Density: For grand setups, we move away from sparse arrangements. We work with massive, wall-to-wall floral installations using exotic blooms, ensuring the scent and visuals are impactful enough for hundreds of guests.
