Essential Destination Decor (2 Days)
Wedding Ceremony Setup
- Mandap: Standard 10x10ft 4-pillar structure or open canopy with drapes. Includes havana kund, stools, and carpet.
- Florals: High density premium silk/artificial flowers. Fresh local flowers (Marigold, Rose) used only on pillars and eye-level touch points.
- Stage: 18-24ft wide stage with ruched fabric draping and a standard 2-seater couple couch.
- Entrance: Single-layer floral arch or fabric tunnel with welcome signage.
Pre-Wedding (Mehndi/Haldi)
- Theme: Choice of Vibrant Traditional (Marigold heavy) or Boho Chic (colorful tassels).
- Props: Decorated swing (Jhula) for the bride and one dedicated photobooth corner (bicycle or frame wall).
Furniture & Tech
- Seating: Standard hotel banquet chairs with satin sashes.
- Lighting: Fairy lights for trees/bushes and basic par-can halogen washes for the stage.
- Logistics: Includes transport of props from base to destination (e.g., Jaipur, Rishikesh).

Grand Wedding Production
- Designer Mandap: Options include Pastel Dome, Mirror Mosaic, or Open-Air Seaside structures with crystal hangings.
- Walkway: 40ft aisle with printed flex flooring or raised platforms lined with 8 heavy floral pedestals.
- Florals: Balanced 50:50 mix of artificial structure flowers and fresh exotic blooms (Orchids, Hydrangeas, Lilies).
- Stage: Large 30ft+ backdrop mixing floral walls and architectural columns.
Sangeet & Cocktail Tech
- Lighting: Box truss setup with intelligent moving head lights (Sharpies/Beams) and haze machines.
- Backdrop: LED screens masked with decor or Starry Night theme with fairy light curtains.

- Grand Entrance: Scaffolding-based gates (15ft+ height) and themed passage tunnels.
Concert-Level Production
- Sangeet Tech: Large LED wall setup (P3/P4 pitch) with custom console design and Cold Pyro (sparkulars) for cues.
- Ceiling Decor: Dense hanging installations (floral chandeliers or disco balls) covering the entire ballroom/hangar ceiling.
Luxury Detailing
- Florals: Predominantly Fresh Flowers (80%+) including imported variants and dense floral pasting work.
- Dining: Velvet sofa seating, ghost chairs, and long community tables with jacquard linens and charge plates.

We dig deep into the character of each place, whether it’s a palace, a mountain retreat, or a beach. Delhi is home base, but honestly, we’re most alive when we’re out on the road, bringing big celebrations to all corners of India.
