About The Process & Additional Portraits
When we are in the studio, I use a tethered setup so you can see the shots on my laptop immediately. This live review lets us tweak your posing and our lighting angles in real time. It removes the stress of wondering how the photos look, as we create the frame together right there.
Photography is a collaborative medium. Whether we are shooting a high-end commercial campaign or a personal headshot, the work happens in the space between the lens and the subject. In this cluster, you can see snippets from our test shoots and behind-the-scenes footage.
I rely on my team of stylists and lighting assistants to build the environment, allowing me to focus entirely on capturing a genuine expression. For actor and model portfolios, testing is essential. It is where we experiment with different moods, wardrobe changes, and lighting setups before the final shoot. Using the Fujifilm GFX medium format system, I ensure that every texture and skin tone is rendered with honesty and clarity. I prefer this tangible approach over any digital filter or artificial enhancement.

We start with a mood board to define the aesthetic, plan the lighting, and then execute with a focus on simplicity and clean visuals.
