About Live Education & Workshops
If you are tired of watching tutorials and still feeling unsure about your formulas, my hands-on workshops change that. We don't just cover the 'how'—we dive into the science of Wella developers, mixing ratios, and ergonomics so you can deliver better results without burning out your back.
Education is not about memorizing steps. It is about understanding the science behind the hair. When you join one of my sessions, you get more than just a technique; you get the foundation to handle any head of hair that sits in your chair.
My Workshop Formats
- Look & Learn Seminar: If you want to watch a transformation without the hands-on pressure, this is for you. We focus on theatre-style observation with large screens, covering creative color theory and commercial cuts. It is perfect for getting a visual deep dive into my process.
- Hands-on Precision Cutting: This is where we get into the nitty-gritty of geometry. We practice elevation and over-direction to master long layers and textured bobs. Crucially, I include a module on stylist ergonomics—posture and wrist movements that keep you pain-free.
- Color & Balayage Masterclass: A 2-day deep dive for those ready to master AirTouch, Foilayage, and root melting. We use 100% human hair mannequins and the full Wella Professionals range to ensure you are comfortable with the products you will use in the salon.

We look at strand tests, porosity, and developer choices so that 'confusion' is removed from your vocabulary. Everything we do is rooted in real-world application, not just theory.
