We spend all day debating if a shade is 'Cherry Red' or 'Deep Burgundy' while the world just calls it red. It is this shared language, the memes, and the inside jokes that keep us sane during a 12-hour shift.

Salon life is a rollercoaster. One minute you are saving a client from a home-coloring disaster, and the next you are managing a long color correction while your back is screaming for a break. This space is where I drop the technical manuals and just connect with my fellow stylists. Whether it is funny truths about how we see color differently than clients or the unspoken rules about why we never wear white on color day, these are the moments that bond us. I believe that if you cannot find the humour in the chaos, you will burn out fast. My aim is to keep this community grounded, real, and always laughing. Understanding the microscopic difference between a Violet and a Plum is what makes us artists, but recognizing the shared exhaustion of a busy Saturday is what keeps us human.
