Flooring & Base

- Artificial Turf: High-density synthetic grass patches (35mm-45mm pile height) laid over existing floor tiles.
- River Pebbles: White polished pebbles used for bordering and concealing drain areas.
Softscaping (Greenery)
- Planters: Mid-range fiberglass or high-quality PVC planters (rectangular troughs or geometric shapes).
- Plant Curation: Supply of low-maintenance species like Snake Plant, Areca Palm, or Monstera suitable for semi-shaded areas. Includes treated soil mix and fertilizers.
Add-ons & Finish
- Basic Lighting: Waterproof LED fairy lights or a single outdoor focus lamp.

Premium Outdoor Decking Systems
Sub-Structure
- Framing: Grid of Aluminium or Treated Pine Wood runners to raise the deck 2-4 inches off the floor to facilitate drainage.
- Hardware: SS304 (Stainless Steel) clips and screws to prevent rusting.
Material Options
- Lower Range: WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) hollow or solid planks. These are rot-proof and require zero maintenance.
- Upper Range: Natural Hardwood (Brazilian Ipe or Teak). This requires oiling every 6 months for maintenance but offers a premium natural look.
Finishing
