About Additional Work & Behind The Scenes
In these sessions, I focus on real-world challenges like working with dusky and oily skin tones. You will see how I don't just apply makeup but teach the theory of color correction and product choice, ensuring the final result looks radiant rather than ashy under studio lights.
What you see here is a collection of moments from my academy masterclasses and on-location shoots. Unlike staged portfolio shots, these images are about the process. When I teach my students, I don't give them shortcuts. We start with deep skin analysis—whether it is oily, dry, or textured—and move to color theory.
One of my signature modules involves working on dusky skin tones, which many beginners struggle to get right. We avoid the 'ashy' finish by focusing on proper undertone matching and using high-coverage, waterproof bases that hold up under intense studio lighting. My studio in Binnipete, Chamrajpet, is built for this. It is where my students learn that makeup is about understanding the chemistry of the products as much as the art of the application.
