Whether we are diving into Afro-Cuban folklore with guest artists or refining complex Mambo patterns, these sessions are about stripping away the clutter so you can actually feel the music in your bones.
We believe that your dance journey shouldn't stay confined to the weekly class schedule. Our workshop series is designed to break you out of your comfort zone, whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned lead. We bring in top artists to break down specific styles, like the grounded, earthy movements of Afro-Cuban Rumba or the fast-paced, high-energy footwork of New York Mambo.
Learning from different artists is the fastest way to grow. By collaborating with experts from across India and the globe, we ensure our community is exposed to fresh perspectives on musicality and technique. We have hosted intensives on everything from Clave theory to advanced partner-work, giving you the tools to move with intention rather than just memorizing patterns.
These events are also the best place to connect with the wider dance community. You will often find yourself dancing with new partners from across the country, sharing the floor with experienced dancers, and picking up tips that you just cannot get in a standard group class.
