Core Design Deliverables
- Space Planning: Detailed 2D furniture layouts focusing on zoning and flow functionality.
- 3D Visualization: High-fidelity photorealistic renders for all major areas (Living, Bedrooms, Kitchen, Mandir) to visualize the final outcome before work begins.
- Technical Drawings (GFC): A complete set of Good for Construction drawings including False Ceiling plans, Electrical looping, Plumbing piping, and Flooring patterns.
Material & Styling
- Mood Boards: Curation of color palettes and textures (Pastels, Earthy tones, or Bold contrasts).
- Material Specifications: Hard specifications for laminates, veneers, tiles, and hardware brands.
- Vendor Visits: Assisted visits to showrooms to select tiles, sanitary ware, and lighting fixtures.
Specialized Detailing
- Custom Joinery: Drawings for bespoke elements like rotating TV units or hidden foyer partitions.
- Sacred Space Design: Detailed Mandir designs featuring backlit CNC jaali patterns or stone cladding.

Turnkey Interior Execution
Civil & Ceiling Work
- False Ceiling: Gypsum board ceiling (Saint Gobain/USG Boral) with peripheral coves, trap doors, and intricate POP grooves or wooden rafters.
- Flooring: Installation of large format Vitrified tiles or Italian Marble polishing in common areas; laminated wooden flooring in Master Bedrooms.
- Wall Treatments: Premium plastic emulsion (Asian Paints Royale/Dulux Velvet) and feature walls using WPC fluted panels, stone veneers, or wallpapers.
Modular Woodwork
- Kitchen: BWR (Boiling Water Resistant) Grade Ply carcasses with High-Gloss Acrylic or PU finish shutters. Includes branded hardware (Hettich/Hafele soft close) and Quartz/Kalinga Stone countertops.
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling units with internal ply laminates. External shutters in PU paint, Veneer with melamine polish, or tinted glass profiles.
- Custom Furniture: Bespoke TV units, vanity counters with stone tops, and shoe consoles.
Electrical & Specialized Work
- Lighting: Supply and installation of COB spots, magnetic track lights, and LED strip lights in coves.
- Mandir Execution: Complete creation of the Puja area including CNC cutting and laser-cut metal jalis with PVD finishes.
- Bathroom Upgrade: Overlay of new tiles, vanity installation, and glass shower partitions.
Turnkey Villa Construction
Structural Construction
- Foundation & RCC: RCC framed structure using design-mix concrete (M25 grade), TMT Steel bars (Tata/Jindal FE550), and red bricks or AAC blocks.
- Plumbing & Electrical: CPVC/UPVC piping (Astral/Ashirvad) for water lines and heavy-duty conduits with Polycab/Havells wiring.
Exterior Elevation
- Facade Execution: Modern elevation design using HPL (High-Pressure Laminate), natural stone cladding, and exterior grade texture paint.
- Glazing: UPVC or System Aluminium windows (Fenesta/Alupure) with toughened glass and mesh for insulation.
- Exterior Lighting: Profile lighting and wall washers to highlight architectural forms.
Interior Civil Finishing
- Flooring: Italian Marble or Premium Vitrified Tiles in lobbies; Granite installation on staircases.
- Bathrooms: Tiling up to 8ft height, installation of concealed cisterns (Grohe/Geberit), and divertors.
- Fabrication: SS 304 or Toughened Glass railings for balconies and main gate fabrication in mild steel with wood-finish inserts.
Site Management
- Supervision: Full-time site engineer to ensure structural alignment and minimize material wastage.
- Liaison: Assistance with local authority drawings and structural stability certificates.

My Story
We’re Amrita and Akshay, the faces behind Furnish ME Architects. Started out in 2016, just wanting to make spaces that feel alive, not just fancy. Sach bolun toh (to be honest), it’s messy sometimes—coffee spills, site dust, Google searches like ‘how to say no nicely’. Some days we’re bossing it, other days, drama at the site makes us ask ‘kisne bola tha kholne ke liye?’ (who told us to start this?). It’s chaos, but every project teaches us. We believe in rhythm, honesty, and turning empty rooms into soulful spaces.
