- Planning: 2D Layouts optimizing seat density and basic 3D renders for Reception/Work hall.
- Supervision: Full site management by a dedicated site engineer to oversee execution.
Civil & Finishes
- Flooring: 600mm x 600mm/1200mm Double Charged Vitrified Tiles or Nylon Carpet Tiles for acoustics.
- Ceiling: Exposed industrial ceiling painted Dark Grey/Black OR 2x2 Mineral Fiber Grid Ceiling.
- Walls: Plastic Emulsion paint with accent walls using paint blocking or vinyl graphics.

My Story
We’re Amrita and Akshay, the faces behind Furnish ME Architects. Started out in 2016, just wanting to make spaces that feel alive, not just fancy. Sach bolun toh (to be honest), it’s messy sometimes—coffee spills, site dust, Google searches like ‘how to say no nicely’. Some days we’re bossing it, other days, drama at the site makes us ask ‘kisne bola tha kholne ke liye?’ (who told us to start this?). It’s chaos, but every project teaches us. We believe in rhythm, honesty, and turning empty rooms into soulful spaces.
