We make fitness fun with challenges like hula hooping, assisted pull-ups, and balance work on a BOSU ball.
This young gymnast shows great form doing BOSU ball squats and agility ladder drills, building strength and coordination.
A coach provides hands-on spotting to help a young gymnast safely learn the mechanics of a cartwheel.
Our students practice a variety of skills, from front handsprings on a wedge mat to cartwheels and backbends.
This class is working on flexibility and strength, practicing backbends, cartwheels, and handstands with guidance from our coaches.
About this collection
We focus on proper mechanics—like hands-on spotting for back walkovers or controlled landings on our trampoline—so kids learn to move safely while having a blast. Whether your child is aiming for a back handspring or just building core strength, our coaches guide them through each progression, making sure they feel ready before taking that next big jump.
How We Build Skills
Gymnastics isn't just about the cool flips you see in videos. It starts with the basics. In our sessions, we break down complex movements into small, manageable steps. If your child is struggling with a cartwheel, we use wedge mats and hands-on spotting to help them understand the weight shift without fear.
Beyond the Basics
Our facility in Richmond is set up for more than just standard gymnastics. We integrate ninja warrior training into our routines, which adds a layer of agility and grip strength that typical tumbling classes might miss.
- Gymnastics: Focus on balance beams, bars, and floor routines.
- Ninja Training: Warped walls and obstacle courses for building coordination.
- Trampoline Time: Essential for air awareness and controlled landings.
Why It Matters
When a child nails their first handstand or completes a full ninja circuit, that 'light up' moment is why we do what we do. That confidence carries over to school, sports, and life. We keep our groups small, usually with a 1:10 coach-to-student ratio, so your child gets the attention they need to progress safely. We are here to support every kid, whether they want to compete one day or just burn off energy after school.
Fun & Fitness
We are Fun & Fitness, and we’re loud, supportive, and obsessed with seeing kids nail a new skill. Our coaches are trained, safety-focused, and ready to cheer your child on whether they are doing their first roll or landing a back handspring.
