Themed Gymnastics & Activity Camps for Kids in Richmond
We believe gymnastics should be a blast. That’s why we host weekly themed adventures—from Superhero training to Dr. Seuss week—where flipping, jumping, and dressing up go hand-in-hand.
It's a bird, it's a plane, it's our coaching staff. Our whole team gets into the spirit for Superhero Week, capes and all.

About Themed Adventures & Dress-Up Days
It is not just about wearing a cape or a crown. During our themed weeks, our USA-Gymnastics trained coaches weave the theme into the actual workout. If it is Superhero Week, your child is not just running around; they are training their agility on the ninja rig like a hero in training. We balance structured gymnastics rotations with creative play, so kids stay engaged and moving the whole time.
How We Mix Training and Play
Many camps treat 'activities' as a babysitting service. We do things differently. Our goal is to use the theme to hook kids into learning real skills. When we do a Jungle Safari week, the 'stunts' we teach on the balance beam become vine-swinging practice.
What to Expect
- Structured Skill-Building: Every session includes 45 minutes of dedicated gymnastics coaching. We focus on form, safety, and fundamentals like rolls, cartwheels, and tumbling.
- Ninja Challenges: Our ninja rig is a huge hit. We use it to teach grip strength, spatial awareness, and confidence. During themed weeks, this turns into an obstacle course race or a mission challenge.
- Creative Downtime: We make sure there is a balance. Between the high-energy trampoline time and foam pit jumping, we have daily themed crafts. This gives kids a chance to catch their breath and use their hands for something other than flipping.
Why Parents Choose Us
We keep our groups small. This ensures that when your child is on the bar or the warped wall, they get eyes-on supervision from our coaches. We are based right here in Richmond, and we pride ourselves on being a place where kids feel like they belong—whether they are tiny tots or seasoned competitive team members.
A Typical Day
Whether you sign up for our half-day morning slots or the full-day program, your child will cycle through gymnastics, ninja training, and group games. On Thursdays, we often get messy with slime, and Fridays are famous for our pizza lunch. It is about keeping them active, safe, and genuinely happy.
