We are more than just a gym. From our tiny tots just starting their first flips to our competitive teams aiming for State meets, our family is all about cheering each other on.

About this collection
You will notice something different when you walk in. Our compulsory level teams make handmade cards and goodie bags for their teammates competing at State meets. It is how we build confidence outside of the foam pits and balance beams—by ensuring every athlete, from the newest student to our Level 8 team members, feels genuinely supported by the group.
At Fun & Fitness Gymnastics, we believe that real progress happens when kids feel safe, seen, and celebrated. Whether your child is in a recreational tumbling class or training on our competitive development squads, they are part of a community that values effort over perfection.
Building Confidence Through Community
We view our gym as a second home. You will often see our coaches—who are all USA-Gymnastics trained—hyping up athletes, getting silly in costumes for theme weeks, or hosting community events. This environment is intentional. By removing the pressure of 'perfect' performance and replacing it with team spirit, we find that children are more willing to try new skills, from basic cartwheels to advanced ninja warrior obstacle maneuvers.

- Recreational & Ninja: Focused on building grip strength, agility, and basic tumbling confidence.
- Competitive Teams: For athletes ready to advance, our Women's Development Program (Levels 6-8) provides structured training and invitational experience.
- Inclusive Atmosphere: We celebrate every win, whether it is a team placing 1st at a State meet or a student finally nailing a beam routine.

Fun & Fitness
We are Fun & Fitness Gymnastics. Our crew is loud, supportive, and ready to get silly in costumes whenever the theme calls for it. We treat every kid who walks through our doors like family, whether they are here for after-school fun or to land their first big competitive flip.
