About Gymnastics & Tumbling Programs
Where Fun Meets Fitness
At Fun & Fitness, I believe gymnastics should be as fun as it is challenging. Kids walk in a bit wobbly, and over time, you see them get stronger, braver, and way more confident. Some come just to try a cartwheel, others want to join our USA Gymnastics competitive teams and win medals. There’s always space for both.
Our Classes
- Preschool gymnastics programs for the tiny ones (18 months and up) who want to jump and tumble safely.
- Beginner tumbling classes for kids who are just starting out, and advanced gymnastics training for those pushing their limits.
- We work on all the basics: cartwheels, handstands, backbends, flips - but always with a focus on safety and building up skills at the right pace.
- Competitive teams for those who want to go big - our kiddos have reached State, Regional, and even National levels.
The Gym Space
Our gym looks more like a giant playground than a fitness center. It’s got all the classic gear - beams, bars, vault, a spring floor, plus massive trampolines and foam pits. I want everyone to feel safe trying new things, so we set it up for fun and progress, not fear.
Why Us?
- Real, down-to-earth coaches (no scary drill sergeants here).
- Proven track record of kids loving it and growing fast, but we don’t push anyone to compete unless they want to.
- We’re proud of our trophies, but prouder of the kids who show up and give it a shot.
If your kid wants to flip, try us out.

My Story
We’re Fun & Fitness Gymnastics, and honestly, we’re all about making movement a blast. Our crew? Wild, supportive, always cheering (sometimes in silly costumes). Sure, our teams win medals, but the real win is seeing kids light up when they nail something new. From tiny tots to teens flipping at Nationals, we treat everyone like family. If you hear a lot of shouting and laughter, that’s probably us hyping up our athletes.
