This is where champions are made. My training focuses on intensive, high-energy drills to improve everything from your first touch and agility to your core strength and conditioning. I use a variety of equipment like hurdles, cones, and poles to keep sessions dynamic and effective.

Drills are important, but applying them in a match is what counts. I run regular practice games and 1-on-1 challenges to build tactical awareness, decision-making under pressure, and real teamwork. This is where you learn to read the game and play smart.

Future Stars: Our Grassroots Program
Big dreams start with small steps. My program for our youngest players (ages 4 to 8) is all about making football fun while teaching the absolute basics. I focus on coordination, basic ball skills, and teamwork in a positive and encouraging environment.

I am committed to creating a welcoming and empowering space for girls to train, compete, and fall in love with football. My program is for everyone, and I proudly support our female players as they develop their skills and confidence on the pitch.
