About Additional Work
We don't just run laps. You will see us using color-coded cones and 'chaos' drills to force kids to think and react instantly. It is messy, it is loud, and it is exactly how they learn to make smart decisions when the pressure is on during a real match.

Whether your child is a beginner or looking to advance, we ensure they move through these stages with purpose.
The 'Chaos' Methodology
Traditional drills can sometimes make a player robotic. We introduce 'chaos' into our sessions at our Sector 43 and American Excelsior School venues to prevent this. By creating unpredictable scenarios—unexpected defensive pressure or rapid-fire reaction tests—we train the brain to process the game faster. This is how we develop game intelligence. A child who learns to adapt in training stays calm when the actual match whistle blows.
More Than Just Skills
While we cover the technical ABCs—agility, balance, and coordination—we prioritize the mental aspect of the sport. We teach our kids that losing a scrimmage or missing a shot is part of the process, not a reason to quit. It is about resilience. We record our drills to provide video feedback, which helps parents and players see the technical corrections clearly. If you see our seniors, you will notice they aren't just athletic; they are constantly communicating, anticipating, and supporting each other. That is the culture we have built at FAB.
