About Personal Football Coaching
My Approach: Football Is More Than Just a Game
I see football as a way to build character, not just score goals. We go way beyond the usual drills. It’s about teaching kids discipline, teamwork, and how to bounce back when things don’t go as planned. Sometimes, you have to say it straight - beta, jump karna hai (son, you have to jump) - and that’s how real learning happens.
Training That Feels Like the Real Match
Matches are messy, not textbook. That’s why our method throws a bit of ‘chaos’ into every session. Players get used to making quick decisions, figuring things out on the spot. We mix things up with small group drills and one-on-one football training, so every player gets attention and has to think for themselves.
What Your Kid Gets Out of This
- Football skills development for kids: From basic ball control to advanced tricks like step-overs and feints.
- Physical ABCs: Agility, Balance, Coordination, plus speed and stamina.
- Mental toughness in football: Sharpening instincts, learning to handle pressure, and making split-second calls.
Who It’s For
Boys and girls aged 2-15, whether just starting out or pushing for top spots in their teams. We create youth football coaching sessions that match each child’s needs, from beginners to advanced players.
Personalised Progress
Every player gets their own plan, plus regular individual player evaluation reports so you know exactly how they’re improving, no sugarcoating.

My Story
Hey, we’re FAB Football Academy. Disha started this whole thing because football’s not just a game, it’s life. She chased her dream even when it felt impossible, played for India, got her UEFA license, and now wants every kid—boy or girl—to have a shot. Seeing kids light up, get confident, move up to play in Spain or just talk football all day… that’s our win. We built FAB so kids can love the game and grow up strong, on and off the pitch.
My Work
Football training for kids 3-13 - We run age-specific academy programs, plus small group football sessions and individual coaching.
Football intelligence training - We train kids to think fast, make smart decisions, and develop instincts—not just do drills.
We create chaos on the pitch - Our sessions are unpredictable, so kids learn to adapt and react in real game situations.
Competitive football tournaments - Kids play matches early on—competition teaches teamwork, handling pressure, and real skills.
Failure is part of learning - We help kids see losing or mistakes as a way to get better, not something to fear.
