About Coach Education Workshops
Football is more than just a game for us - it's what we live for. After working in the USA and Europe, we saw how coaching can shape players and teams in ways that go beyond skill. That’s why we started these Coach Education Workshops - to raise the standard of coaching here and help others build not just better footballers, but better people.
What You’ll Get Out Of It
- We keep things action-first. You’ll be part of live demos, learn practical football coaching techniques, and see firsthand how session plans go from paper to pitch.
- We don’t stick to textbook drills. We show you how to design custom exercises, spot what players really need - whether it’s fixing a pass or boosting confidence.
- Our workshops dig into youth coach communication skills. You’ll pick up ways to talk to kids so they actually listen and learn, using alag alag tareeke (different methods) depending on the child.
- We talk real - sometimes you need to say, "beta, jump karna hai" (son, you have to jump), and sometimes you just need to listen.
- Learn how to guide kids and parents through failure, turning setbacks into stepping stones using player psychology in sports coaching.
Our Approach
We call it "Create Chaos." Real games aren’t predictable - so our drills aren’t either. Coaches learn to make players think fast, make decisions, and handle pressure like pros.
Why Join Us
If you’re a coach, PE teacher, parent, or just passionate about youth football, these workshops are for you. We focus on teamwork, leadership, courage, and mental strength - because the real win is building character that lasts beyond the pitch.

My Story
Hey, we’re FAB Football Academy. Disha started this whole thing because football’s not just a game, it’s life. She chased her dream even when it felt impossible, played for India, got her UEFA license, and now wants every kid—boy or girl—to have a shot. Seeing kids light up, get confident, move up to play in Spain or just talk football all day… that’s our win. We built FAB so kids can love the game and grow up strong, on and off the pitch.
My Work
Football training for kids 3-13 - We run age-specific academy programs, plus small group football sessions and individual coaching.
Football intelligence training - We train kids to think fast, make smart decisions, and develop instincts—not just do drills.
We create chaos on the pitch - Our sessions are unpredictable, so kids learn to adapt and react in real game situations.
Competitive football tournaments - Kids play matches early on—competition teaches teamwork, handling pressure, and real skills.
Failure is part of learning - We help kids see losing or mistakes as a way to get better, not something to fear.
