It started with a simple realization: India had the passion, but lacked the international coaching standards I experienced abroad. See how our founder's journey shapes the way we train players today.

Our founder, Disha, shares her personal story. Learn why her experience playing internationally revealed the gaps in Indian football and inspired her to start an academy dedicated to providing international training standards from a young age.

Our founder's journey is one of passion and achievement. Here she is, holding a championship trophy and medal, a testament to the high level of experience she brings to our coaching philosophy.

Our commitment to excellence is ongoing. We constantly seek out opportunities to learn from the best, like this Talent Development Workshop, to ensure our curriculum is world-class.

About Our Journey: The Experience That Drives Us

When I moved abroad to train, I realized the biggest hurdle for young players wasn't just physical ability, it was a lack of exposure to game intelligence. We bridge that gap by teaching kids to think under pressure, not just run drills. We don't coach in a vacuum; we use real match scenarios to simulate the chaos of a live game so that decision-making becomes second nature for every child on the pitch.

Bridging the Gap in Indian Football

I started FAB Football Academy to provide the kind of international-standard training I wish I had access to at 17. After playing internationally and training in the USA and Europe, the contrast was clear. Indian football often focuses on rote repetition, whereas the global standard prioritizes 'Create Chaos' methodology. This approach forces players to think fast, adapt to unpredictable game situations, and own their decisions.

Why Our 'Create Chaos' Methodology Works

Standard drills build muscle memory, but they do not build game intelligence. In our sessions in Gurugram, we deliberately disrupt patterns. If a child makes a mistake, we don't fix it for them. We ask, 'What happened there?' and guide them to the solution. This is how we build resilient, independent players who can handle the pressure of a real tournament.

More Than Just Coaching

Whether it is our 1-day practical masterclass for coaches or our youth academy sessions, the core remains the same: honesty. Sometimes you need to tell a student, 'beta, jump karna hai' (son, you have to jump), and sometimes you just need to listen. We train coaches, parents, and players to treat failure as a data point for improvement rather than a reason to quit.

We are based in Sector 43, Gurugram, and we are constantly updating our curriculum by learning from the best in the sport. If you are looking for coaching that focuses on character, leadership, and raw tactical skill over simple drills, you have found the right place.

I'm Disha, and I believe football is the best teacher a child can have. We are not here to just chase trophies, but to build grit and character that lasts long after the match ends. My team and I are dedicated to bringing the coaching standards I learned in Europe right here to our local pitches.
