It is not just about selling treats; it is about meeting you face-to-face, swapping food stories, and seeing the pure excitement on a kid’s face when they frost their first cupcake. 🌸

Life in the Kitchen (And Out!)

Running Flour Power is a total mashup. One day I am hunting down fresh ingredients at local food markets, and the next, I am elbow-deep in flour with a group of kiddos during a workshop. I’ve always believed that food is about connection, and this page is my way of pulling back the curtain on how we create it.

The Pop-Up Hustle

We don’t just stay in the kitchen. We love getting out to events like The Lil Flea and Ruchika to share our bakes with you all. Pulling off five pop-ups in a single month is standard for us, and honestly, the rush of seeing people line up for a warm Korean bun or a box of stuffed donuts is the best fuel I could ask for. It is tiring, sweaty, and often involves a fair bit of goofing around, but it is exactly where I get to see what you guys are actually craving.

Travels and Inspiration

People often ask where the unique flavors come from. Whether it is a trip to Kashmir for inspiration or a casual foodie date with a fellow chef, I am constantly trying to translate those memories into something you can eat. That is why you will find everything from traditional Parmesan cheese tastings to quirky Barbie-themed carts in my lineup.

Workshops for Little Chefs

My workshops are where the real memories are made. Watching children learn to make pizzas or cupcakes without the use of fondant or preservatives is so rewarding. It is messy, it is loud, and it is 100% genuine. If you see us out and about, come say hi, snack with us, and let’s share a sweet moment. 🍩💜
