Welcome to Flex Studio. We designed this space as a clean, creative canvas with professional green walls, custom lighting, and a full-length mirror for you to bring your vision to life.
Set the perfect mood for your dance video or photoshoot. Our portable RGB light wands are included with every studio rental and can create any vibe you're going for.
Our studio offers plenty of space for group wellness activities like yoga. This is a shot from a recent International Yoga Day session hosted in our space.

We designed this space to be your 'apna' (own) space for dance and shoots. Whether you need a clean background for a social media reel or a fully equipped floor for a fitness workshop, everything here is ready to plug and play with our portable RGB light wands and high-bass audio system.
Flex Studio is built for creators, by creators. We know exactly what you need to get that perfect shot or lead a high-energy fitness session because we use the space ourselves.
The Setup
Our studio features dark green walls that look great on camera, a full wall of mirrors, and laminate flooring that works well for sneakers. We keep the technical setup simple so you do not have to haul gear:
- Audio: A powerful tower speaker with Bluetooth connectivity to keep your energy up.
- Lighting: We provide portable RGB light wands that let you change the mood from professional white light to red, blue, or pink vibes for your reels.
- Comfort: The space is fully air-conditioned with additional wall-mounted fans, so even the most intense Zumba or HIIT sessions remain comfortable.
How to Use the Space
We operate in Sector 41, Noida, and our space is highly versatile. You can book us for individual practice, group workshops, or as a rental for professional video shoots. We have hosted everything from Yoga Day sessions to late-night dance rehearsals.
