A collection of my favorite venue transformations, from vibrant traditional setups to modern, immersive themes that turn any space into a memory.

This is how we make an entrance. A magical walkway designed for a winter-themed sangeet, using draped fabrics, custom geometric print flooring, and flanking LED screens that displayed a starry night sky, creating a truly immersive experience for the guests.

A burst of color for a vibrant poolside mehndi party. This setup combined traditional floral walls with fun, tropical elements like flamingo props and colorful pampas grass, creating a lively and picture-perfect celebration space.

The epitome of classic elegance. This grand entrance features flowing ivory drapes, intricate floral chandeliers, and warm uplighting to create a sophisticated and welcoming ambiance for a luxurious evening reception.

Let's go down the rabbit hole. This whimsical 'Alice in Wonderland' themed photo booth was a highlight, featuring oversized mushrooms, vintage clocks, quirky furniture, and a custom sign, making for a fun and interactive corner.

A modern rustic mandap that blends nature with luxury. This outdoor wedding setup features a wooden structure adorned with white roses and greenery, with elegant crystal chandeliers hanging above, all set against a beautiful natural backdrop.

Time for the party. This sangeet night was all about high energy, with a ceiling full of disco balls, dramatic blue and red lighting, and elaborate floral arches, setting the stage for an unforgettable night of dancing.

It's all in the details. These delicate crystal birds hanging from beaded strings were part of a larger floral installation, adding a touch of whimsy and sparkle that catches the light and the eye.

A traditional South Indian themed setup perfect for a Haldi ceremony. I used authentic elements like banana leaves, earthen matkas, and large woven baskets, all tied together with the auspicious colors of orange and yellow from marigold flowers.

I don't believe in standard, off-the-shelf setups. When you look at these photos, notice how the lighting and floral layers are not just placed to look pretty; they are designed to change the mood of the room. Whether it is a cozy home Haldi or a massive Sufi night, I focus on the small textures, like pampas or crystal, to make sure the decor feels like a part of the event’s story, not just a static backdrop.
