Boho and Rustic Wedding Decor in Delhi

When you look at photos of my work, you will see a lot of pampas grass, cane peacock chairs, and mirror walkways. These aren't just trendy choices; they are functional. A mirror walkway, for instance, reflects the sky and the surrounding greenery, effectively doubling the visual space of a mandap or aisle. This is a great trick for lawns that feel a bit confined.

What goes into a Boho Setup

For home terraces or smaller garden events, I typically focus on the 'Boho-Rustic Home' style. This package uses an 8ft by 8ft wooden backdrop. I prefer using dried florals like pampas and palm spears mixed with fresh seasonal blooms like roses or baby’s breath. This keeps the maintenance low while ensuring the setup looks fresh throughout the evening.

Practical Considerations

• Lighting: Since boho themes rely on texture, bad lighting ruins the look. I use LED par cans to create a soft wash of color, which prevents the pampas from looking washed out or flat at night.
• Furniture: I swap out standard banquet chairs for wooden cross-back chairs or cane peacock seating to ground the theme.
• Venue: This style works best in open, naturally lit areas. If your venue is a dark banquet hall, we need to bring in more overhead lighting, like fairy light canopies, to replicate that 'outdoor' warmth.
