Collaborative Stage Productions
Art is magnified when shared. Explore the vibrant energy of my collaborative stage performances, from vaudeville comedy in Bengaluru to cross-cultural physical theatre in Tokyo.

A candid shot of me in costume for "No Strings Attached." This character, Sitara, is a princess with a modern attitude, and it's a joy to bring her to life.

About Collaborative Stage Productions
When I step on stage with collaborators like Sal Yusuf or the Asia Meets Asia ensemble, the dynamic shifts completely. It is not just about the choreography: it is about the raw, comedic, and often surreal dialogue we build between cultures. My collaborative pieces are designed to shake up the space, blending Kathak, mime, and vaudeville to spark real conversation—the kind that stays with you long after the curtain falls.
Art is a living, breathing laboratory where Kathak, Flamenco, and Butoh find common ground with modern physical theatre. Collaboration forces me to step out of my own head and into a collective pulse, creating a shared energy that is impossible to replicate alone.
The Essence of 'No Strings Attached'
This vaudeville-style escapade is a journey through different time periods and human follies. Alongside collaborators like Sal Yusuf and Stephen D’Souza, I explore our present, our past, and a future where AI looms. We use humor, mime, and dance to break down the human construct. Whether we are performing at Bengaluru’s iconic Ranga Shankara, the intimate Courtyard Koota, or Shoonya, the goal remains the same: to be slightly unhinged and authentically real.
International Perspectives
In my work with groups like the 'Asia Meets Asia' ensemble in Tokyo, we tackle global themes like the refugee crisis through physical theatre. This experience grounds my practice in a global context, allowing me to bring a broader, more empathetic perspective to every performance.
If you are a venue looking for a performance that blends poetry, improv, and movement, or a producer searching for a unique act that bridges cross-cultural gaps, I am open to new creative partnerships. My performances are site-specific, adaptable, and deeply personal. Let us create something that breathes together. 🖤✨ #artheals #justmove
