The energy here is real. This is what our daily combat conditioning and CrossFit sessions look like. We use high-intensity workouts with battle ropes, functional movements, and core exercises to build explosive strength and stamina for everyone, from beginners to athletes.

Zene came to us to learn how to protect herself after being bullied. Today, she's not just confident; she's a champion who has won two fights by dominating her opponents. Her journey from being demotivated to a dominant kickboxer shows how martial arts builds unshakeable self-belief.

You won't find treadmill rows here. Every session is led by Coach Deepak and focused on functional movement that actually applies to a fight. Whether you are lifting tractor tires or sparring in our cage, you are training with purpose, not just to sweat, but to develop real fight IQ and consistent discipline.
Most gyms treat MMA like a casual hobby, but here, it is about the grind. I started this club because I saw too many people wasting time in places that didn't know the difference between a jab and a punch. At FCC, we strip away the noise. You get CrossFit, wrestling, BJJ, and boxing—but you also get a mindset overhaul.
We cater to everyone. I have trained homemakers who gained the confidence to walk alone at night, nine-year-olds who grew up to represent India, and professionals who needed to shed 20kg. We don't do easy days. We do twice-a-day sessions during fight camps and constant feedback on your technique.
You are training in a garage gym environment—non-AC, grit-focused, and designed for intensity. We use tractor tires, battle ropes, and matted floors, not fancy machines that isolate muscles. You are here to build explosive power and stamina that carries over into your real life.
