Guests get to see the action up close - nothing beats the sizzle and aroma of a live grill. Whether it's Chicken Zafrani Tikka or Mutton Seekh Kebabs, everything is cooked right in front of you. You’ll find me flipping Rumali Rotis at the tawa, setting up live seafood counters, and even rolling out sushi for those looking for something global. If you want a full-on interactive catering experience, this is it.

Multi-Cuisine, No Compromises

I cover a lot of ground with the menu. Mughlai, Kashmiri, Italian, Pan-Asian, chaat - you name it, I’ll build it into a multi-cuisine wedding spread. If you have special requests or family recipes, I try my best to work them in. Not every dish can be perfect for every guest (let’s be real, aunties can be picky), but I put in the effort.

Dessert Finale

The sweet stuff matters. From live Gajar Halwa to Waffles and even Kunafeh, I go all out. The fruit bars are more than just showpieces - they’re actually fresh.

Setting & Style

Presentation is big for me. I use gold-white counters, proper lighting, and crisp uniforms. The whole vibe is meant to look stylish but never stiff.
