I don't just show up with a mic. Whether you want a soulful unplugged band or a high-energy DJ set, I sync my hosting with the music. We finalize the flow in our pre-event consultation, ensuring your favourite retro hits or Bollywood tracks are woven into the storytelling, not just played in the background.
Music sets the tone for every moment. When I host, I look at how the music and my words play off each other. For live events, I often work with a 3-person team: a vocalist, an instrumentalist, and myself. This works perfectly for retro nights or sangeet ceremonies where you want that raw, live feel. We focus on jamming sessions—taking on-spot requests from your guests—which keeps the energy genuine rather than scripted.
If your event is a dance-heavy affair, I coordinate directly with your DJ. I do not just stand on stage; I guide the transitions. When the beats drop at a Holi party or a Navratri utsav, I am right there ensuring the energy stays consistent from the first song to the final dance.
For those who prefer a mix of activities, I introduce musical games like Funtakshari or my signature Musical Housie. I sing the clues, the band plays the tune, and it turns into a group activity that breaks the ice instantly. My team arrives 60 minutes early for a sound check to ensure everything from the mic balance to the bass levels is crisp. Whether you are in Mumbai or travelling elsewhere in India, my goal is to keep the vibe buzzing without the clutter of unwanted announcements.
