- Lead Anchoring: Solo hosting for up to 4 hours, managing the flow of pre-wedding rituals.
- Ritual Coordination: Time management for ceremonies like Chandla Vidhi, Goddhana, or Haldi application.
- Language: Explanation of rituals in Hindi, English, and Gujarati (specializing in Kutchhi traditions).
Entertainment & Games
- Prop-Based Activities: Execution of interactive games suited for families (e.g., 16 Shringar game, Pass the Parcel, or Tug of War). Includes necessary props.
- Ice-Breaking: Activities designed to mix the bride and groom sides.
- Music Coordination: Coordinating with the venue's sound vendor for entry songs and game sound effects.
- Couple Entry: Planning and announcing a simple, energetic entry for the couple.
Wardrobe
- Bhairavi arrives in festive ethnic wear suitable for camera frames.
Sangeet & Cocktail Night Anchoring

- Event Hosting: Anchoring for the main Sangeet or Cocktail night for larger audiences (200+ guests).
- Performance Management: Sequencing and introducing family dance performances to ensure smooth transitions between tracks.
- Scripting: Custom scripts and shayaris describing the couple's journey or lighthearted family roasts.
Interactive Elements
- Trend Integration: Execution of viral social media challenges and dance contests.
- Couple Games: Conducting the Shoe Game or Compatibility Quiz with provided placards.
- Dance Floor Hyping: Active emceeing during the open dance floor session to maintain high energy.
Technical Coordination
- Console Support: A dedicated assistant coordinates cues and fanfares with the DJ and Light engineer.
- Exclusion: Client must provide the DJ, Sound System, and handheld wireless mic.

Team Composition
- Lead Host: Bhairavi Mamania conducting the flow of the Wedding.
- Live Singers: A team of 2-3 professional singers (Male & Female) specializing in traditional wedding folk songs (Lagnageet).
- Live Musicians: 2-3 Instrument players (typically Keyboard, Rhythm/Octapad, and Tabla/Dholak).
Ceremony Highlights
- Musical Phere: Live rendition of sacred chants and explanation of the 7 vows (Saptapadi) to engage guests.
- Procession Management: Energetic hosting for the Groom's procession or Bride's Baraat.
- Varmala & Vidai: Thematic musical crescendos for the garland exchange and emotional narration for the send-off.
Logistics
- Included: Team remuneration, instruments, and team transport within local limits.
- Excluded: The main PA Sound System (Speakers/Mixers) must be provided by the venue. Accommodation and travel extra for outstation events.
