Many people think renting standard props is the only way, but building custom pieces changes everything. When I sketch a 2D plan, I am calculating the plywood weight and laser-cut precision needed to make it stand perfectly. That is why we run our own fabrication workshop in Bengaluru—to ensure that life-sized unicorn or metal arch is structurally sound and looks exactly like the drawing.
There is a massive difference between renting an off-the-shelf prop and having one built specifically for your event. My team and I do not just set up decor; we fabricate it. We start with the 2D concept. Once the sketch is approved, it moves to our workshop. Here is where the real work happens: cutting, painting, and assembling the props so they are ready for installation. This approach gives us complete control over the finish and the quality. If you want a specific shade of pastel for a balloon garland or a particular metallic sheen on a marquee letter, we make it happen because we build it from the ground up.
