When we set up a naming ceremony, our team focuses heavily on the small, technical details that most people overlook, like securing the heavy brass lamps and ensuring every strand of marigold hangs at the exact right length. We treat every venue like our own home, making sure the setup is sturdy, safe, and exactly how we planned it together.
There is a quiet intensity to what we do. While you see the festive decor, we are often burning the midnight oil to ensure the backdrop is perfectly aligned and the fresh flowers are hydrated and vibrant.
Our Setup Philosophy
For us, the process is just as important as the outcome. Whether we are setting up a traditional banana leaf wall for a Naming Ceremony or arranging a balloon garland for a modern baby shower, we follow a strict sequence to ensure quality:
- Structural Integrity: We start with the heavy lifting, securing backdrops and metal structures (like our 10ft arches) so they remain stable throughout your event.
- The Details: Once the foundation is set, we move to the decorative elements—polishing the brass lamps, arranging the floating flowers in the Urli, and threading the marigold or jasmine garlands.
- Lighting Check: We position our LED PAR cans to highlight the textures of the decor, ensuring your photos look bright and professional without any harsh shadows.

We take the time to measure, adjust, and step back to look at the space from a guest's perspective before we call it finished.
