We are so proud to announce the selection of our champ, Shubham Banerji, for the Special Olympics Bharat Karnataka National Championships. This is a testament to his hard work and the competitive-level training we provide.

My own journey as a skater, from winning my first national medals at age seven to representing India, inspires my coaching every day. I bring decades of competitive experience to help your child succeed.

About Featured
We start with a 60-minute private assessment session to understand your child's current balance, motor skills, and attention span before any group classes begin. This allows me to tailor our approach, ensuring your child learns at a pace that feels comfortable and safe, whether they are just starting out or working toward Special Olympics trials.
At Esther Roller Skating Club, our approach to para-skating is built on patience and personalization. We move beyond general lessons to focus on specific needs, including speed inline skating techniques, gross motor skill development, and sensory integration to help children adapt to different rink environments and textures.
Our Training Philosophy
Our program is designed for more than just physical movement. We aim to build self-belief. We provide one-on-one coaching assistance within an inclusive group setting, which helps our skaters feel the camaraderie of being part of a team while receiving the focused guidance they need to succeed.
The Competitive Pathway
We train with a goal in mind. Whether it is interschool competitions or Special Olympics Bharat selection trials, we guide our athletes through every step of the process. This includes:
- Technical Skill: Correcting form and building stamina through dry-land exercises.
- Competition Readiness: Running time trials and lap counting to prepare for race pressure.
- Strategic Support: Mentorship that extends to the competition day, where we help our skaters manage nerves and perform at their best.
Why Train With Us
Our community is our strength. We are a family, supported by our active parent groups who cheer on every victory, big or small. Training happens on weekends at PLaY Arena in Sarjapur and St. Francis School in Koramangala. Because skating is a journey of perseverance, we ask that all participants come with their own safety gear, including helmets and pads, to ensure they are protected from their first day on the rink.
