Desserts & Bakes Photography for Mumbai Brands
I shoot desserts that stop the scroll. From glossy glazes to rich, creamy textures, I capture the exact details that make your bakes impossible to ignore.

About Desserts & Bakes Photography
When you are selling something sweet, you are not just selling a taste, you are selling a craving. My process is designed to pull that out. I do not just put a cake on a table. I focus on the action shots—the drip of caramel, the fluff of a crumb, the gloss on a ganache—because those are the textures that actually convert a browser into a buyer.
Why Dessert Photography Needs a Different Approach
Desserts are tricky. They melt, they lose their gloss, and they can look flat if the lighting is off. I treat every shoot like a mini-production. Whether it is a menu shoot for a cafe in Bandra or a product campaign for a D2C bakery brand, my focus remains the same: appetite appeal.
My Process
- The Action Element: I am big on capturing the human side of dessert. A spoon dipping into a tiramisu, a cake being cut, or a sauce being drizzled. This movement makes the image feel real and immediate.
- Lighting for Texture: I use professional lighting setups to mimic natural window light. This highlights the shine on chocolate ganache or the distinct crumb structure of a fresh loaf without making it look artificial.
- Consistency: If you run a cloud kitchen, your Swiggy or Zomato listing is your storefront. I shoot to ensure your dessert looks consistent across all your digital platforms, so what the customer sees online is exactly what they get when it arrives.
What I Bring to the Set
I bring more than just a camera. I bring a stylist's eye—tweaking garnishes, brushing on oils for that fresh-out-of-the-oven look, and rearranging props to ensure the focus stays on your product. I am based in Mumbai and travel across the city for shoots, bringing my portable studio setup to your kitchen or cafe. Let us make your menu look as good as it tastes.
