About Behind The Scenes: My Process
I don’t just show up with a camera and hope for the best. Every shoot starts with a clear plan, from the specific textures of your plating to the exact lighting setup needed for your brand vibe. My goal is to capture images that aren't just pretty, but are optimized to stop the scroll on platforms like Swiggy and Zomato so you start seeing actual conversions, not just likes.
My Creative Process
Photography is a collaboration, and transparency is how we get the best results. Whether we are doing a half-day menu shoot or a full-day lifestyle production, my workflow remains consistent:
- The Planning Phase: We start with a consultation to define your brand identity. I want to know your pain points. Are you struggling to get clicks on Zomato? Is your Instagram feed looking a bit stale? We map out the shot list so we don't waste a single minute on set.
- Lighting & Styling: I don't rely on luck. I use professional portable lighting (Softboxes/Godox) to ensure your food looks fresh and appetizing regardless of the venue's natural light. My styling involves meticulous attention to detail—oil brushing, garnish tweaks, and prop adjustments to ensure every 'hero' shot highlights the right texture.
- Strategic Execution: My background in running a social media agency changes how I shoot. I frame shots with social media trends in mind—think clean, clear, and high-contrast imagery that stands out on small mobile screens.
- The Edit: I handle the post-production work to ensure consistency. You get high-res JPEGs for print and web-optimized files ready for your menu listings or ads. My standard turnaround is 5-7 business days, so you can get your content live and working for you quickly.
My work is about removing the friction between you and your customers. When we shoot, we aren't just taking photos; we are building assets that tell your story with clarity and consistency.
