We built our L.A.P. program for parents who want more than just dance steps. Based on our CRAWL-WALK-RUN philosophy, we use structured, play-based training to build motor skills, coordination, and confidence in toddlers.

A glimpse into a typical L.A.P. session. You can see toddlers navigating obstacle courses, using low bars for strength, and practicing on agility ladders to improve their balance and coordination.

Building upper body and core strength is a key part of our program. Here, a student uses a hanging bar with instructor supervision, an activity that develops physical power in a safe and fun way.

Balance is fundamental. This young performer confidently uses a balance board on stage, demonstrating the improved motor skills and physical control gained through our specialized training activities.

We incorporate foundational movements like crawling into our obstacle courses. This exercise helps develop a child's core stability and coordination, which are essential for both dance and overall physical literacy.

From foundational movements, we progress to simple dance choreography. This video shows our toddlers practicing a routine together in the studio, learning to move in sync and follow instructions.

About The L.A.P. Method: Building Skills Beyond Dance

Most parents come to us wanting their kids to learn dance, but they stay because of the motor skills development. In our L.A.P. sessions, we do not just teach choreography. We use obstacle courses, hanging bars, and balance games to build core stability and coordination first. It is real, physical work designed to prepare your toddler for the stage and for life.
