We turn your toddler’s energy into strength, balance, and coordination. Using guided play on soft, safe equipment, our Little Gymnasts program builds the foundational motor skills every child needs to grow.

Our program is the foundation for all sports. We help children develop flexibility, gain strength and stamina, and learn important social skills like taking turns and following instructions.

From flips and jumps to balancing acts, Little Gymnasts is where small movers grow into confident performers. Every routine is designed to boost courage, coordination, and the confidence to take on challenges on and off the mat.

About Little Gymnasts: Building Blocks of Fitness (Ages 2-4)

Every session is limited to 6 to 10 children, ensuring your little one gets individual attention from our coaches. We use high density foam equipment and impact absorbing mats to make sure that while they are busy tumbling and climbing, they are also completely safe. This isn't just a playtime session; it is a structured environment where they learn to follow instructions and take turns, all while burning off that extra energy.
