About Little Gymnasts: Building Blocks of Fitness (Ages 2-4)
Every session is limited to 6 to 10 children, ensuring your little one gets individual attention from our coaches. We use high density foam equipment and impact absorbing mats to make sure that while they are busy tumbling and climbing, they are also completely safe. This isn't just a playtime session; it is a structured environment where they learn to follow instructions and take turns, all while burning off that extra energy.
Why Gymnastics for Toddlers?
At this age, movement is the primary way children learn about the world. Our Little Gymnasts program is not about turning kids into athletes overnight; it is about building body awareness, core strength, and the confidence to move. Whether they are balancing on a low beam or navigating soft play arches, they are strengthening their leg muscles and improving their coordination.

We know that a safe environment is the biggest concern for parents. That is why our studios are fully air conditioned, dust-free, and padded from floor to wall. We use Gymnova style impact absorbing mats to ensure that falls are part of the learning process, not a safety risk. By keeping our batch sizes small, our lead coaches can focus on each child's gross motor milestones.
What to Expect
Every 60-minute session includes:
- Structured Warm-ups: Getting the body ready to move safely.
- Guided Play: Balancing, jumping, and climbing on modular foam equipment.
- Social Skills: Learning to wait for a turn and listening to simple instructions.
- Safe Failure: We encourage kids to try again when they stumble, building the resilience they need off the mat as well.
